Some of my products are made individually by hand and can therefore vary in appearance. I therefore check the quality before shipping and sort according to Standard and B-grade.
Standard:
Best possible quality. There may still be small variations, e.g. in terms of weight.
B-Grade:
Minor visual deviations, but no defects.
Keychains:
- Colour deviations
- Colours run over the lines
Plushies:
- unclean sewing / embroidery details
- slight stains
- deviating shape
- too little/too much filling
My plushie looks squished. How do I get it in shape?
My manufacturer sends me the plushies as compressed as possible to save on cost. Therefore your plushie might look pretty squished when it arrives.
To fix that you can cuddle it, love it, massage it and after a while it should look better. A faster way is to put your plushie in a tumble dryer for a few minutes to fluff up the filling. Only do this for about 5 minutes and then check your plushie. If you leave it in the dryer for too long, it could get damaged.
My parcel has not yet arrived.
For every order you receive a DHL tracking link. From there you can see all shipping updates for your parcel. As soon as the parcel has arrived in your destination country you can also check for more information over your local post service.
In some cases it may take a bit longer than usual, this could be caused by slower processing in customs or delayed flights. For any other problems please contact me via E-Mail: shop@hugadino.com
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact me via E-Mail (shop@hugadino.com) if you would like to cancel your order and don't forget to mention your order number.
When will there be new plushies?
I’m constantly working on new products, including plushies.
It takes about 6 months from the start of planning to the launch of the finished product in my shop.

Why can't the products be cheaper?
For now I am just a single person business. I can only order small quantities of the products from my manufacturer, therefore production cost is rather high. I always try to keep the prices as low as possible while maintaining a high quality. Don’t forget that different types of taxes make up a large part of the product’s price.
What types of Payments can I use?
You may pay via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna Pay Now, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, EPS, iDeal.
